Listen, I've never been a server before, but I am in the service industry. She never asked if there was anything else she could get us. What if we wanted dessert?? Or something else?? Unfortunately for her, her tip reflected her attitude.
Food and service were just OK. I think what ruined it for me was that after we had finished our meal, the waitress came over and said "do you want to-go cups?" After we said no thanks she then proceeds to say "heading out?" I was a little confused because we were just planning to stay and relax a little. It felt like we were being rushed out, but the place was mostly empty.
Been here a few times. Mostly Tuesday nights because the kids eat free, they have clowns and kids entertainment. Last trip I ordered the ribs and the meat tasted bad. Like it had sat for 2 days before they served it.
Service was absolutely awful. We ordered 1 appetizer and drinks immediately, and received those within 10 minutes. We then placed our order - 4 kids meals, 1 entree, and an order of 6 wings. It not only took 45 minutes to get our food, but our server never once checked on us, 3 of the kids meals were cold, and we got charged for a side item that we never received. Even after the bill came, it took our server 15 minutes to come back and pick up the credit card - I finally went to the bar to cash out.
The wings are rather small and expensive. They sell one wing (drum and flat) as two "wings". So your $51 plate of 50 wings is actually only 25 whole wings. They were tasty, but feel they were overpriced for what you get. We still had a nice time, and staff was very friendly and helpful.
It's good for an easy close by family meal. My kids love it but the food is so so. Service is ok.
